Equipment Manager / Supervisor
1. Inspect the samples of production quality control points, make records and feed back relevant information;

2. Be responsible for the preparation of reagents used in quality inspection room and production workshop;

3. Be responsible for the testing of test samples in the production process;

4. Inspect and clean the spare parts to be inspected according to the operation instructions and corresponding procedures, and sort out and file the inspection records;

Qualifications:

Education background: college degree or above in food, chemical or pharmaceutical major is preferred

Working experience: inspection experience or production site and quality management experience is preferred

working hours:

8:00-12:00,13:30-17:30

Rest: 5 days off per month + legal holidays

Note: those with strong learning ability, high initiative but no relevant experience, aged 21-35, can be interviewed, and those who are suitable for training will be employed.
DUTY:

1. Establish and improve equipment management system and formulate equipment operation procedures; 2. Carry out daily equipment management work: (1) implement equipment installation, commissioning and acceptance work;

(2) Participate in the training of equipment operators and the preparation of SOP documents;

(3) Be responsible for the inspection, record and assessment of equipment operation;

(4) Annual / monthly plan of repair company;

(5) Be responsible for the maintenance and management of mechanical, electrical and other equipment and facilities in the plant;

(6) Organize regular maintenance of equipment to reduce equipment failure rate and ensure normal operation of equipment;

3. Allocation and supply of equipment:

(1) Investigate the equipment demand, evaluate the economy, cost performance and utilization rate of the equipment, submit the purchase application report and track the procurement process;

(2) According to the production needs and usage, the equipment allocation, sealing and unsealing, scrapping and selling management are carried out to improve the effective utilization rate and production efficiency of the equipment and reduce the production cost;

4. Equipment inventory and file management:

(1) Be responsible for regular inventory of equipment, collect, sort out, improve and maintain equipment files, and make complete records of equipment failure, maintenance, sealing, unsealing, scrapping, installation, etc;

(2) Maintain the equipment management information system, establish the standing book, and ensure the maintenance and update of equipment files.

5. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.



Qualifications:

Education background: mechanical, electrical or related field, full-time college degree or above

Working experience: more than 5 years working experience in plant equipment management or equipment maintenance, pharmaceutical and chemical related equipment management experience is preferred
